TAKING WATER FOR PEACE TO GRASSROOT LEVEL - YOUTH FOR WATER ! #worldwaterday

"EVERY IS WORLD WATER DAY & EVERY DROP WE SAVE DAILY MAKES A HUGE DIFFERENCE " says Manya Harsha 

Manya , the founder of Sunshine - Children for Change Campaign, through her environment magazine has been doing a remarkable work in terms of #waterconservation & #Savewater campaign amongst the youth. 

    During the Water For Peace campaign, children were narrated Water stories, educated with water conservation methods,  Water madala art was done and the students were encouraged to take a #WaterPledge during the session. 

   This year the theme for World Water Day being Leveraging Water For Peace, the logo has pigeons in the middle of the mandala. Pigeon are the symbol of peace , hence an activity of flying hand puppet piegon to spread awareness on Water For Peace was done during the Campaign. 

    Manya , the young author of Water Heroes distributed her books & World water day Special SunshineEnvironment magazine to the students. The campaign was conducted at The Government school, Kothnur, Bengaluru.
